Booking Policy

Please read our booking terms and conditions carefully.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only when:

  • LowSeven has received full payment for the booking.
  • The customer has received a booking confirmation email with a unique reference number.

LowSeven reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be processed immediately.

2. Pricing and Payments

All prices are quoted in the currency specified on the booking page. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will valid at the rate paid at the time of booking.

Full payment is required to secure your reservation unless a deposit option is explicitly provided for specific packages.

3. Customer Responsibilities

It is the customer's responsibility to:

  • Ensure all provided information (names, dates, contact details) is accurate.
  • Review the specific requirements for each activity (fitness level, age restrictions, gear).
  • Arrive at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals may result in missed activities without refund.

4. Insurance and Liability

Travel insurance is mandatory for all multi-day tours. Customers participating in adventure activities do so at their own risk. LowSeven acts as an agent for third-party operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions.
