Cancellation Policy
Fair and transparent cancellation terms.
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our travelers and our local partners.
1. Standard Cancellation Terms
Unless stated otherwise on the specific activity page, the following standard cancellation fees apply:
- Free Cancellation: Up to 7 days before the scheduled start time.
- 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the start time.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time.
2. Weather-Related Cancellations
For activities dependent on weather (e.g., boat tours, hiking), if the operator cancels due to unsafe conditions:
- You will be offered an alternative date if possible.
- If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund.
3. How to Cancel
To cancel a booking, please log in to your account and navigate to "My Bookings" or contact our support team with your booking reference number. Cancellation is effective only when confirmed by LowSeven via email.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after cancellation confirmation.
